Midweek boost anyone? Why not try this scrummy juice/smoothie. It looks a pleasing healthy green (so you're already feeling good about yourself), is sweet but leaves you with a cheeky "zing" from the ginger.
1 large celery stalk
11/2 Granny Smith apples, cored
1 kiwifruit, peeled
1 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
2 tsp. lime juice
Place the ingredients into a juicer (for juice) or a nutribullet (for a smoothie) and zuuuuuuuuz it up! Stir in the lime juice, pour, add a sprig of mint to the rim of the glass and enjoy!
